delay- delay

Once more: a delay: I checked out of my hostel very early in the morning in order to meet the agent. while sitting in a cafe nearby the office, he called me only to annouce an other delay of six hours!!! so what to do carrying a lot of luggage and the hostel seems so far away and to walk up a steep hill again???? no thanks....so walk from cafe to cafe...and the hours arn't passing...
